LOS ANGELES - Versatile wingman Curtis Westley who started his career with Los Angeles is going back to the team who drafted him. The Fireballs and Westley agreed to a $14 Million 2 year contract earlier today. After a interestingly light FA for Westley, LA reached out and offered a contract.

A day after signing athletic guard Dejuan Jefferies to a contract, it seems like the Fireballs were done with wings but the team wanted to add another veteran wing to help the team contend in the East-West. Fireballs shown interest with veteran wings like James Livingston, RayMac and even Reggie Goodwin but they weren't as lucky.

Curtis Westley will provide the versatility to play both wing positions and will share minutes with Carstensen, The Dragon and recently signed swingman Jefferies. Fireballs lost star SG Jamaine Curry to free agency but they did bag PF Drayton Banks, Wings Jefferies and Westley to compensate.
