LOS ANGELES - Sources close to the Fireballs organization have reportedly looking at a familiar face in the free agency. Future hall of famer Ray McArdle who played 3 seasons with the Fireballs is among the names mentioned in a closed door meeting in LA.

After striking out on key FA targets to mam the wing, Los Angeles is aggressively trying to improve their supporting cast and with that being said Ray McArdle would fit the system that was once designed for him (once averaged 27-10 in LA). The 6'6" veteran wing will potential bolster their bench and help their young guns develop.

Los Angeles is still out there evaluating Free Agents as they are in need to build a contender to at least go toe to toe with division rivals the Rockets. It will be a crucial move for LA to address their needs come FA Days 5 and 6.
