LA Confidential: LaCruz Voted West All-Star Starter; His 7th ASG Appearance

LOS ANGELES - Fireballs superstar PG Chris LaCruz will be suiting up for the West All-Star team for the 7th time in his career. JBL announced that LaCruz will be a starter and leads the West in votes with 2,233,581 votes. LaCruz is having a MVP worthy season averaging 27.3 ppg (3rd in the JBL), 9.7 apg (4th in the JBL), 5.8 rpg, 1.62 spg, 0.65 bpg on 37.9 mpg (1st in the JBL). He is shooting 43% FG, 39% 3FG and 81% FT. His advanced stats are also among the elite he has a PER of 22.1, EWA 7.4 (7th in the JBL), 5.4 OWS (3rd in the JBL), 2.5 DWS, 7.9 WS (5th in the JBL), 14.7 Box Creation (2nd in the JBL) and 56 Offensive Load (2nd in the JBL). Currently he is ranked 3rd in the MVP race behind Huskies' Quavius Williamson and Thunder's Andre Phifer. He is leading the Fireballs to a Pacific Division lead 37-19 (2nd in the Western Conference). The Fireballs is having one of their best seasons and it starts and ends with Juice.
